That book project...The book that I and my wife (The Irish Times garden writer, Fionnuala Fallon) have been working on for the last couple of years is now with the designers and is due out some time later this spring. Titled 'From TheGround Up: How Ireland is Growing Its Own', it will be published by Collins Press and features sixteen very different GYOers around the country, including Madeline McKeever of Brown Envelope Seeds in West Cork, Tanguy de Toulgoet of Dunmore Cookery School in County Laois, Trevor Sargent and the inimitable Joy Larkcom. After all that hard work, 'm looking forward to finally seeing it in print! |
